During the lease term, Party B shall not withdraw the lease without the consent of Party A, otherwise the deposit of Party B will be confiscated.

When the lease expires, if Party B needs to renew the lease, it shall notify Party A in writing one month before the lease expires, and the rent shall be determined by both parties.
