Brief introduction of Tianjin Property Management Association

Tianjin Property Management Association was formally established on 1998 with the approval of Tianjin Association Administration. It is an independent legal person. This association is based on observing the national constitution, laws, regulations and national policies, observing social morality, cultivating and developing the property management market in our city, promoting exchanges with the same industry at home and abroad, serving all enterprises in the industry, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of property management enterprises and promoting the healthy development of the industry. It is an industrial non-profit social organization established voluntarily by the property management enterprises in our city in order to achieve the consent of its members and carry out activities in accordance with its articles of association.
