Can property personnel wear fire-fighting clothes?

Property personnel are not allowed to wear fire clothes.

According to legal analysis, it is illegal to wear fire clothes, and individuals cannot wear clothes from the fire safety department. You shouldn't wear such clothes unless you are working or not engaged in fire safety work. According to law, local people's governments at all levels should incorporate fire safety layout, fire stations, fire water supply, fire communication, fire truck access and fire fighting equipment into urban and rural planning, and be responsible for organizing their implementation. Urban and rural fire safety layout does not meet the requirements of fire safety, it should be adjusted and improved. If public fire-fighting facilities and fire-fighting equipment are insufficient or do not meet the actual needs, they should be supplemented and improved.

The fire protection design and construction of building projects must conform to the national technical standards for fire protection of engineering construction. Construction, design, construction, project supervision and other units shall be responsible for the fire protection design and construction quality of construction projects according to law.
