Property management does not include hospital escort.

Property management refers to the activities in which the owner selects a property service enterprise, and the owner and the property service enterprise, in accordance with the property service contract, repair, maintain and manage the houses, supporting facilities and related sites, and maintain the environmental sanitation and related order in the property management area.

Entrusted by the owners, the realty service enterprise or other managers shall, in accordance with the provisions of the realty service contract in Part III of this Law, manage the buildings and their ancillary facilities within the building division, accept the supervision of the owners, and promptly answer the owners' inquiries about realty service.
