Conditions for the entry into force of the realty service contract

A legally established contract shall take effect upon its establishment. The contractual effect meets the following requirements: (1). (3) It does not violate the law or public interests. (4) Having the formal requirements for the entry into force of the contract as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
