Legal basis: Regulations on Property Management

Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in order to standardize property management activities, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of owners and property service enterprises, and improve the living and working environment of the people.

Article 2 The term "property management" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the agreement reached between the owner and the property service enterprise according to the property service contract. Maintenance, conservation and management of houses and supporting facilities and related sites in the property management area, as well as activities to maintain environmental sanitation and related order.
