According to the requirements of the tender announcement, the joint venture must meet a number of requirements, including the registered capital of not less than 200 million yuan, not accepting the registration of the consortium, having real estate development experience, and the total construction area of the accumulated development and construction projects in Guangzhou is not less than 6,543,800 square meters.
