Over the past 20 years, as a unit directly under the planning, land and real estate management of Shenzhen Municipal Government, the College has been directly entrusted by the government and industry associations all the year round, undertaking training in planning, land and real estate management, property management training, laws and regulations training, induction training for new civil servants, law enforcement supervision training, quality training for managers, continuing education for civil servants, etc., with tens of thousands of trainees and accumulated rich experience in special training for government projects and property management training.
