The recruitment of security guards by enterprises and institutions illustrates a simple problem, that is, every unit feels the security crisis. In order to better ensure the safety of this unit, it is necessary to increase iron fences, fully armed security guards and strict monitoring. On the surface, it effectively guarantees the stability of social order, but in essence, it shows the extreme distrust between people, so that we have to use the most selfless scientific and technological means to stop everything. But even so, I still can't solve the problem. From this point of view, without solving people's mental problems, it is impossible to restore the full trust between people before, and unity is empty talk. Those thoughts and measures that regard the broadest masses of the people as unstable factors must be abandoned. Only when people, government and people trust, help, care and depend on each other can we create a better tomorrow.
