Common sense of new radiator

1. What are the existing heating methods in China?

At present, there are three common heating methods: heating group heating, residential boiler heating and household wall-hung boiler heating. What are the advantages and disadvantages of these heating methods?

1. Central heating of heating group: municipal heating group delivers municipal heating to households through pipelines. The advantages of central heating in thermal power group are safety, cleanliness and convenience, but the disadvantage is that the heating season cannot be advanced or extended according to the housing needs, and the heating cost is fixed, so users have to pay the heating fee regardless of whether they live. Therefore, the country advocates household metering heating, but the renovation cost is large.

2. Boiler heating in residential areas: This heating method is generally a self-built boiler room in residential areas, which provides heating for residents by burning natural gas, fuel oil (diesel oil) or coal-fired electricity.

There are three main heating methods. One way is direct heating through coal-fired boilers, that is, direct supply without secondary exchange (note: this heating method prohibits the use of steel radiators); The other is the coal-fired heating mode of ordinary houses, which is heated after secondary exchange; Another is to use fuel (diesel) or gas (natural gas, gas) and electric boilers for heating.

The advantages of boiler heating in residential area are safety, cleanliness and convenience, and the heating time can be decided by the owners of residential area. But its disadvantage is that the cost is slightly higher, and users have to pay if they don't live, otherwise it will affect the heating of other floors.

Domestic natural gas heating: that is, domestic gas heating stove heating, villas and other low-density residential applications. The advantage of domestic natural gas heating mode is that users can control the heating time and temperature freely, and no one at home can operate at low temperature, saving energy and money. The disadvantage is that gas emission has air pollution and other problems, as well as safety hazards.

Second, why should cast iron radiators be phased out?

Cast iron radiators have been used for decades. Due to its serious environmental pollution in the casting process, the Ministry of Construction has issued a document requesting that cast iron radiators be phased out. The appearance of cast iron radiator is rough, which is not commensurate with the modern home environment. Residents usually use a warm cover when decorating. The use of heating cover covers up the shortcomings of rough appearance of cast iron, but it will affect the heat dissipation effect of heating. Over time, the radiator will be filled with filth and dirt, making it difficult to clean. After two or three heating seasons, most heating covers will be deformed and cracked, which will affect the appearance. The cost of a radiator is roughly equivalent to the cost of replacing a new radiator. Therefore, many new house owners have given up the practice of radiator and bought a satisfactory new radiator.

3. What kinds of new radiators are there?

According to materials, new radiators can be divided into four categories:

Steel radiator, aluminum radiator, copper radiator, copper-aluminum composite radiator.

What are the advantages and disadvantages of steel radiators?

1. Steel pipe radiator originated in Europe and has a history of several decades. It entered the China market at the end of the 20th century.

2. Beautiful appearance, completely changing the rough appearance image of the traditional cast iron radiator;

3. The radiator is thinner, with a thickness of only 5- 10 cm, occupying less room space;

4. Various shapes to meet the needs of modern people to pursue individuality;

5. Rich colors, adapting to the home decoration styles of different colors;

6. Light weight, small water capacity and more environmental protection;

Disadvantages: If the internal anti-corrosion process is not adopted, the radiator will corrode and leak.

5. What are the advantages and disadvantages of aluminum radiator?

A, most of the aluminum radiators sold in China's market are extruded aluminum profiles and welded radiators. The strength of solder joints of products produced by some manufacturers can not be guaranteed, which is prone to problems and water leakage. In addition, aluminum radiator is not suitable for alkaline water quality, because aluminum reacts with alkali in water and alkaline corrosion occurs, which leads to aluminum perforation and radiator leakage. Aluminum radiator is a low-grade radiator with simple shape and poor decoration.

B, compared with the steel radiator, the aluminum radiator has a lower price due to the differences in raw materials and manufacturing technology; Fast heat dissipation and light weight.

Disadvantages of aluminum radiator: alkaline corrosion will occur in alkaline water. Therefore, it must be used in acidic water (PH

Steel radiators imported from Europe generally have no internal corrosion protection, because the heating system in Europe is different from that in China. The heating system in Europe is full of water all the year round, so the inner surface of the steel radiator is not oxidized and corroded after the heating water is emptied. In order to adapt to the heating system without full water maintenance in China, the inner cavity of steel radiator must be anticorrosion after it is introduced into China. Otherwise, the service life of the radiator will be shortened, resulting in corrosion, perforation and water leakage, and serious radiator cracking accidents will occur.

Seven, how to identify the advantages and disadvantages of internal anti-corrosion coating?

Internal anticorrosive coatings are divided into organic coatings and inorganic coatings. Both of them can effectively prevent the corrosion of the steel radiator cavity. When consumers identify the advantages and disadvantages of internal anti-corrosion coatings, they must check the internal anti-corrosion inspection report issued by the authoritative national inspection department.

8. Why is the surface color of the new radiator rich?

The surface of the new radiator is sprayed with plastic, and colorful plastic powder is sprayed with professional equipment and advanced dry spraying technology to make the surface of the radiator smooth and colorful.

9. What heating methods are suitable for steel radiators?

Household wall-hung boiler heating and closed heating system of residential heat exchange station.

X. how to judge which heating method is used in residential quarters?

It is best to consult a residential property company and generally get an accurate and professional answer.

XI。 Why radiator is not suitable for all heating methods today?

As a steel radiator, it has a common weakness-oxidation corrosion. For heating water with high oxygen content, it will cause serious oxidation corrosion to the inner wall of steel radiator, which will eventually lead to perforation and water leakage. At present, the inner cavity of the radiator is made of TY-33 18 acrylic anticorrosive paint, which was first developed by Wuhan Institute of Material Protection of the former Ministry of Machinery, to completely isolate the oxygen in hot water from the inner surface of the steel radiator, thus fundamentally eliminating the conditions for oxidation reaction.

Today's radiators are responsible for the vast number of consumers, and the use of today's steel radiators is explicitly prohibited by heating methods such as open pressureless boiler heating, geothermal heating, and direct water supply to households in power plants. So as to protect the vital interests of consumers to the maximum extent.

Installation of radiator

Preparation before installation:

(1) The design drawings and relevant technical documents are complete;

(2) Organize the design according to the approved construction scheme and make technical disclosure;

(3) Materials, construction strength and machines can ensure normal work;

(4) The storage of construction site and construction water, electricity and materials can ensure normal construction.

Precautions for installation:

(1) Before installation, the heating system pipes shall be purged and cleaned. After inspection, confirm that the heating system pipeline is clean and free of foreign objects, so as to prevent foreign objects in the pipeline from blocking the radiator valve;

(2) When installing the radiator, the bottom shall be not less than 120mm from the ground and the back shall be not less than 30mm from the wall.

(3) If possible, it is best to install the radiator at the lower part of the window;

(4) Generally, pipes are laid open. If it is concealed, ensure that there is no joint in the buried part, and explain the pipeline layout in detail;

(5) High-quality aluminum-plastic pipes and copper pipes should be used for the connection of heating inlet and return pipe. Each radiator shall be equipped with a copper valve at the inlet and the return port respectively. When installing the valve, it is required that the valve cannot be directly installed on the radiator, so as to ensure that the radiator can be disassembled without disassembling the valve, which is convenient for maintenance;

(6) Rubber gasket shall be set for sealing and exhausting, and wrapped with hemp yarn or original tape. Ensure that the threaded end face of the nozzle is smooth, and there are no burrs and foreign objects around it. Tighten the thread slowly with a wrench and apply a torque of10-12n.m. ..

(7) The copper pipe connected with the radiator thread shall be wrapped with PTFE plastic raw materials or hemp, and the thread shall be tightened slowly with a wrench. The torque is14-16n.m. Don't use too much force or too much force to avoid damaging the thread and deforming the radiator pipe.

(8) When using elbow fittings, in order to ensure the outlet direction, if the thread is not enough, the elbow must be removed and rewound with thick raw material tape or hemp. Reverse rotation is not allowed, and it is not allowed to continue to forcibly rotate the thread, so as not to damage the pipe fittings and radiator pipes.

(9) Import and export products shall be declared when ordering, and users shall explain to the installer before installation. When installing in and out of the product, pay attention to distinguish between the upper and lower parts, and put the end with sealing plate (opaque) under it.

(10) After installation, check whether the small screws running in the wind are tightened one by one;

(1 1) There are many installation methods, which can be selected at will according to the room piping layout. Import and export products need to be declared when ordering. Generally speaking, the installation method to be imported and exported has less heat dissipation.

(12) After installation, carry out pressure test. The test pressure is above 10kg/cm2, and the pressure must be stable for 5-8 minutes. Carefully check whether there is any leakage at the joint of each pipe fitting, and no micro-leakage is required at any part.
