Deep enterprises enter Dongguan! Xinghe won the bid for the old stone raft to change the layout of Hon Hai and won more than 700,000 square meters.

Recently, Dongguan Rural (Community) Collective Asset Management Network of Dongguan City announced the results of winning the bid for the early service providers of two urban renewal units.

Determine Dongguan Zhu Ying Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xinghe Group) as the pre-winning service provider for the renovation unit of Tanxi and Wuwang commercial and residential buildings in shipai village; Dongguan Hechen Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of Hon Hai Holding Group) was decided as the pre-bid service provider for the Miaobian Community Renewal Project in Liaobu Town.

The renewal unit is located in Shipai Tanxi and Wuwang Village, Shipai Town, with Longteng Road in the east, Le Kang Road in the south, Park South Road in the west and riverway in the north. The renovation scope of the project is about 20.04 hectares (306 mu contract). It is planned to transform and upgrade the area by means of demolition, reconstruction and comprehensive improvement. The actual land area and boundary shall be subject to the documents approved by the relevant land management departments of the government.

According to public information, Xinghe Holding Group was established in 1988. After 32 years of development, it has five business groups, namely real estate, finance, industry, home ownership and property management. Its business involves real estate development, urban renewal, hotel management, property services, financial investment and industrial operation, and it has become a large-scale comprehensive investment group in China.

In the past two years, Xinghe Group has actively participated in the process of urban renewal in Dongguan, and has successively won several old renovation projects. According to incomplete statistics, at present, there are seven urban renewal units * * with a total area of 17 19400 square meters, which are distributed in Chang 'an, Hengli, Shipai, Dalingshan and Huangjiang.

The renewal unit is adjacent to Songshan Lake Avenue in Guangzhou-Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Corridor and to Songhu Zhigu, a key project in Dongguan. The project reaches Xiangfeng Road in the north, Yanhe Middle Road in the west, Quling Middle Road in the east and Songhu Zhigu in the south. The proposed renewal scope is 1.053 mu (about 702,000 square meters), and the actual land use and boundary are subject to the approval documents of relevant land management departments of the government.

According to public information, Hon Hai Global Holding Group was established in 1995. After more than 20 years of development, it has become a large-scale comprehensive modern enterprise group integrating industrial investment, industrial operation, high-end manufacturing, commercial and residential real estate, cultural tourism and old-age health.

At present, the projects developed by Hon Hai Group in Dongguan include Dongguan Songhu Smart New City and Chang 'an Hon Hai Life Plaza. Songhu Smart New City covers an area of 850,000 ㎡ and undertakes the industrial development of the urban area and Songshan Lake. It is planned to be an innovative science and technology industrial complex integrating headquarters landmarks, industrial bases, smart parks, supporting facilities and operational services.

The only project that Hon Hai Group obtained the qualification of early service provider in Dongguan is Dalingshan Telecom Branch, which covers an area of 1 10000㎡. It is positioned as a high-end eco-city complex, relying on Songshan Lake, based in Dongguan, and integrated into the core of Dongguan-Shenzhen economic circle, creating a high-quality downtown life that integrates the living culture of the park with comfort and convenience.
