Decoration deposit receipt will the property be recycled?

If the decoration deposit is collected from the perspective of protecting the building structure, it can be collected, but the owner must refund the deposit after the decoration of the house and the structure has not changed. There is no reason to accept the property.

There is an agreement in the Ordinary Residential Property Service Contract. If the agreed deposit amount does not violate the local property charge management measures, its provisions shall prevail.
