Is it legal for residential property owners who want to install broadband to collect levy fees?

This is illegal. There is no similar legal provision in the Property Management Regulations. The charging item for installing broadband in residential property is only on behalf of the company, that is, the broadband company authorizes the property company to help the owners who own and open broadband to collect the consumption generated by using the owner's broadband package without any surcharge.
