2. For foreign (returning) pine workers, when passing the "two stops and one field" and the highway inspection point, the auspicious code, the inspection itinerary code and the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours shall be inspected on the ground, that is, they shall take it and leave. If it is impossible to take samples at the first landing point for special reasons, the 1 nucleic acid test must be completed within 24 hours after arrival. Advocate 3 days and 2 inspections, and do a good job in self-health monitoring. After arriving in Songsong, you must take the initiative to report to the destination community (village) or hotels, hotels, homestays and other accommodation places as soon as possible, and public officials will implement double reporting (community (village)+unit).

3. Implement classified management and control policies for people coming (returning) from low, medium and high risk areas in Changchun, Harbin, Daqing and Dalian. Personnel who come to (return to) pine trees in Changchun, Harbin, Daqing, Dalian and other areas where there is no epidemic must carry a 24-hour negative certificate of nucleic acid detection, carry out on-site inspection, that is, take it and leave, advocate two inspections in three days, and do not go out or participate in collection activities unless necessary within three days.

For units (places) and individuals that have spread the epidemic in COVID-19 due to violation of epidemic prevention laws and regulations or failure to implement epidemic prevention requirements, relevant departments will investigate the corresponding responsibilities according to laws and regulations.
