Who is responsible for the property fee when renting a house?

Legal analysis: In principle, the property fee after the house is rented shall be borne by the owner. If there is an agreement between the owner and the lessee, the property fee shall be paid according to the agreement of both parties. According to the relevant laws and regulations, if the property service provider has provided services in accordance with the agreement and relevant regulations, the owner shall pay the property fee to the property service provider in accordance with the agreement.
