Renovation process: detailed guide

Want to start decorating, but don't know where to start? Don't worry, we have prepared a detailed process guide for you, so that you can easily handle the decoration.

Fill in the application form

First, go to the service center to get and fill out the decoration application form. Don't forget to bring a copy of the business license and qualification certificate of the decoration company, as well as the decoration design and scheme of the house.

Technical review

After the materials are submitted to the property management department, the property management engineering department will conduct a technical review within 6 working days. Once passed, you can get approval and start decorating!

Pay a deposit

Remember to pay the deposit, permit and pass when decorating.
