The competent department of urban management administration is responsible for the supervision and management of the transportation and disposal of building materials, construction waste and engineering dregs, the cleaning of roads and street facilities, and the prevention and control of dust pollution in outdoor advertising construction.
The traffic administrative department is responsible for the supervision and management of the prevention and control of dust pollution in traffic engineering and road construction.
The water administrative department is responsible for the supervision and management of water conservancy projects and the prevention and control of dust pollution caused by loading and unloading and stacking materials at inland river terminals.
The port administrative department is responsible for the supervision and management of the prevention and control of dust pollution caused by loading and unloading and stacking materials in coastal ports and docks.

Article 8 The people's governments of cities and counties (cities, districts) and relevant departments shall encourage and support scientific and technological research on the prevention and control of dust pollution, introduce new technologies, use new equipment and popularize new technologies. Ninth Town People's government and street offices cooperate with relevant administrative departments to carry out dust pollution prevention and control work. Tenth engineering construction units shall perform the following duties:
