The school implements the principal responsibility system under the leadership of the board of directors, and consists of school committees, expert committees and academic committees. Management institutions include: office, academic affairs office, international education exchange department, political work department, enrollment and employment internship department, student office, security office, financial management center, property management department and student office (there are three student offices under it). Teaching organizations and business departments include: Department of Medicine, Department of Stomatology, Department of Nursing, Department of Medical Aesthetics, Modern Education Technology Center, Library, 4 clinical teaching hospitals, Bethune Vocational and Technical School, out-patient department, Institute of Cancer Difficult Diseases, Institute of Stomatology, etc. The four teaching departments have public courses, foreign languages, microscopy, function, anatomy, chemistry, traditional Chinese medicine, internal medicine, surgery, pharmacy, oral basic, oral surgery, oral internal medicine, prosthodontics, basic nursing and so on 15 teaching and research section. Clinical teaching consists of 9 teaching and research sections: internal medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, ENT, preventive medicine, dermatology, medical technology and nursing.

There are 474 full-time and part-time teachers (including experimenters) in the hospital, including 396 full-time teachers, 78 part-time teachers and 0/32 full-time management cadres. At present, there are 4 teaching and research laboratories, 48 ordinary classrooms, 120, 7 multimedia classrooms (including 4 multimedia terraced classrooms of 280, 2 multimedia terraced classrooms of 250 and 200 multimedia classrooms 1), 80 language laboratories, 30 microcomputer electronic reading rooms and 120 microcomputer rooms. The building area is 7,000 square meters, with 1500 seats, 35,000 books and/kloc-0 library. Classrooms are all "three machines and one scene", that is, hanging color TV, projector, power amplifier and projection screen. There are 12 modern teaching simulation laboratories with functions, microscopic morphology and diagnosis and treatment skills, 35 subject laboratories, and supporting conventional experimental instruments and equipment. The total investment of teaching equipment is more than 20 million yuan, including more than 500 teaching instruments 1500 in 800 yuan, more than 300 sets of microcomputers/586, and 1000 trillion campus network, which can be used for on-campus and remote online teaching. There are hospital history exhibition hall and Bethune life story exhibition hall.

For the construction of teaching base, we only want to use it, not have it, and choose qualified hospitals at or above the county level to sign agreements to carry out joint clinical teaching. After years of construction, our hospital has established a joint teaching relationship with Beijing China Railway Construction General Hospital, Shijiazhuang Railway Central Hospital, No.731Hospital of Aerospace Department, Baoding No.2 Central Hospital, Beijing Changxindian Hospital, Jingxing Mining Bureau General Hospital, North China Pharmaceutical Factory Staff Hospital, Armed Police Hospital, Railway Factory Hospital and other 14 hospitals, which undertake clinical teaching and students' internship in our hospital. In addition, nine county hospitals, including Ningjin County, Gaoyi County, Zhao County and Luquan City, undertook some clinical practice tasks. The above-mentioned 23 joint teaching hospitals have more than 4,200 beds, which can basically meet the clinical teaching and internship needs of all students.
