Conditions for exemption from the qualification examination for property managers

(1) Article 5 of the Measures for the Implementation of the Qualification Examination for Property Managers.

Those who meet the relevant registration requirements in the Interim Provisions, have been engaged in senior professional and technical positions in engineering or economy before June 5438+February 3, 2004/KLOC-0, and have been engaged in property management for over 10 years, are exempt from the two subjects of Basic System and Policy of Property Management and Property Management, and only participate in property management practice.

(II) Before June 5438+00, 2006, those who met the examination registration conditions stipulated in People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry [2005] No.95 and passed the property management qualification examination in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for Property Management Qualification Examination, met the following conditions when applying for the property management qualification examination held for the first time on June 5438+00, 2006.

1. Those who meet the registration requirements stipulated in Article 9 of the Interim Provisions on the Property Manager System may be exempted from taking the property management practice course and only take the basic system and policy of property management, property management and comprehensive ability examination of property management. Those who take three subject exams must pass all the exams within two consecutive exam years.

2. Those who meet the requirements of Article 5 of the Measures for the Implementation of the Qualification Examination for Property Managers may be exempted from the basic system and policy of property management, property management, property management practice and other subjects, and only take the comprehensive ability examination for property management. Those who take the 1 subject exam must pass at one time.

(3) The exemption method for some subjects specified in Article (2) is only valid in the first qualification examination for property managers held on 20 10.
