Shaanxi province property fee charging standard 2022

On April 12, 2022, the Shaanxi Provincial Government issued a notice on the price limit of property charges in Shaanxi Province.

From the perspective of high-rise residential buildings:

The charging standard of first-class property is between RMB and RMB per square meter per month.

The charging standard for secondary property is between RMB and RMB per square meter per month.

The third-class property charges are between RMB and RMB per square meter per month, and other property charges are between RMB and RMB per square meter per month;

From the perspective of multi-storey houses:

The charging standard of first-class property is between RMB and RMB per square meter per month.

The charging standard for secondary property is between RMB and RMB per square meter per month.

The charging standard for Grade III property is between RMB and RMB per square meter per month, and the charging standard for other properties is between RMB and RMB per square meter per month.

Most of the above standards are maximum prices, and there is no limit to fluctuation.

In addition, the parking service fee in Shaanxi varies according to the parking level (category).

If it is charged monthly, the charging standard of indoor parking lot is between 40 yuan and 80 yuan, and the charging standard of outdoor parking lot is between 30 yuan and 60 yuan.

If you charge by time (mostly temporary parking, continuous parking for 4 to 8 hours), the charging standard for indoor parking is between 2 yuan and 5 yuan, and the charging standard for outdoor parking is between 2 yuan and 4 yuan.
