What is the rating standard for shopping centers?

The rating standard for shopping centers was compiled by the Commercial and tourism real estate Professional Committee of China Real Estate Association, reviewed by "China Engineering Construction Standardization Association" and officially implemented on 2011. The evaluation agency China Shopping Center Network (hereinafter referred to as the evaluation agency) evaluates the shopping center project from four dimensions: design planning, hardware facilities, operation management and consumption experience, so as to promote the continuous improvement of the overall level of the shopping center development industry, enhance the ability of maintaining and increasing the value of property assets, and guide the planning, construction, operation and management of shopping centers to adapt to the changing lifestyle and consumption needs of consumers.
