Construction procedures to be handled before commencement of construction

Apply for a work permit (the time limit for a project that was posted on your door during the previous construction to facilitate property inspection).

Sign the decoration notice or regulations.

6. Cost:

Garbage cleaning fee, pass fee, production fee, decoration deposit and property decoration management fee.

Garbage cleaning fees, tolls and tolls will not be refunded.

Property decoration deposit, after the decoration, take the pass to the property management office to recover the deposit and property decoration management fee.
