Longguicheng is expected to become a comfortable nest for low-and middle-income citizens. Longguicheng is located in Gui Long Town, west of Chen Tai Road and south of North Second Ring Expressway. The project is about two kilometers away from Longgui Station, the extension line of Metro Line 3. In addition to road traffic, there is also a large bus stop in Gui Long Middle School. For the convenience of residents, the planning department also suggested adding Guilongcheng Station on the subway 14 line.

There will be an independent community service center (including a large multi-functional auditorium) and an independent community health service center to support a 36-class primary school, a 36-class middle school, three independent kindergartens and an independent commercial complex.
