So measure the wind before work, especially at high altitude. In addition, rain, snow, fog, poor visibility, high temperature (above 35℃) and low temperature (below 0℃) are not suitable for external wall cleaning.

2. 3. Equipment condition: the equipment for cleaning the external wall must be in good working condition. If the hanging plate is hairy and some strands are gradually cracked, a new rope should be replaced immediately.

Third, the safety operation procedures

The ground supervisor is not allowed to read books and newspapers at the construction site, and is not allowed to watch other sites at will. At any time, pedestrians should be stopped from entering dangerous areas and pulling and throwing ropes.

8. When the operating rope and the safety rope need to move up and down, they shall be arranged by the supervisor and the auxiliary workers in coordination, and the rope shall be tied tightly when not in use.

9. When the construction personnel want to land, they should first check the facilities on the ground and walls, the positioning of operation ropes and safety ropes, and the pedestrian flow. After being handled and adjusted by the ground monitoring personnel, he can slowly descend until he reaches the ground.
