In the next _ _ _ _ _ _ project, I participated in the work more as a technical expert, and my work was solid and earnest, cautious and careful, which won the praise of Party A's leaders and supervisors. Excellent performance in work attitude, technical management and on-site coordination. I am serious and responsible for my work. For sub-projects with high technical risks, I have repeatedly considered and carefully checked, and even rehearsed the whole installation process in my mind many times to ensure safety and quality, thus ensuring the smooth progress of the project and the safe operation of the project. Because of the nature of my work, I also strive to be on call when there is an urgent task and complete the tasks assigned by the leaders on time, which also makes me continue to work hard, actively learn from my colleagues, concentrate on my business, improve my professional quality, overcome various difficulties, constantly improve myself, and strive to become a higher-level engineering and technical personnel. In addition, I also made a profound summary of the problems existing in the project, deeply analyzed the technical problems and management loopholes in the project, found out the root causes of the problems, and put forward targeted solutions to make suggestions for the daily operation mechanism and management mode of the project department and the future development of the project department.
