1. Bidder qualification: 1, registered in People's Republic of China (PRC), with independent legal person qualification (the copy of business license passed the annual inspection), with the qualification, ability and credibility to undertake this project.

2. Qualification: The original qualification certificate must be provided for those with property management level 3 or above qualification.

3. Financial requirements: It is in good financial condition, has no loss in recent 2 years, and has sufficient financial ability to undertake the implementation of this project.

4. Performance requirements: In the past two years, I have undertaken property management experience with a single item exceeding 50,000 square meters. Three originals of the single contract for projects or similar projects with a single contract amount exceeding 250,000 yuan in the last two years (201-2013).

5. Reputation requirements: it is not in the state of property being taken over, frozen or bankrupt, and it is not in the period of bidding prohibition and administrative punishment within the provincial administrative region.

6. Project manager qualification: with the qualification of "National Property Management Practitioner Post Certificate" and within the validity period.

7. The bidder must have a valid business license of enterprise legal person, bank account opening license and tax registration certificate. The business scope in the business license must cover the services of this project type, with a registered capital of not less than 500,000 yuan (including 500,000 yuan) and passed the latest annual inspection.
