Legal analysis: In case of any of the following circumstances in the property management activities, the owner may terminate the property service contract and dismiss the property management enterprise according to law; (a) the expiration of the property service period; (two) due to force majeure, the property service contract can not be performed normally; (three) the property management enterprise fails to fulfill the obligations stipulated in the property service contract.
