According to the management regulations of project delivery, should the property participate in the acceptance?

According to the Property Acceptance Measures of the Ministry of Construction, the construction unit has the responsibility to inform the management personnel, engineers, project supervision units, construction units and developers of the property management unit to participate in the acceptance at the stages of project completion, commissioning and installation. If the property is qualified, it will be given to the developer. If the existing property is stationed in the early stage, the property company will be entrusted with paid supervision.
