Strictly speaking, the security of a property company cannot be called security. Security now refers to the personnel sent by security companies to perform security work.

Employees employed by the property should be called "order maintainers", who are responsible for the order maintenance of property projects, fire fighting and emergency rescue, vehicle access and parking management, and public security patrols in property areas.

The property management company is based on Article 2 of the Property Management Regulations of the State Council: Property management as mentioned in this Regulation refers to the activities that the owner selects a property service enterprise, and the owner and the property service enterprise repair, maintain and manage the house, supporting facilities, equipment and related sites according to the property service contract, so as to maintain the environmental sanitation and related order in the property management area.

According to the law, property companies have the obligation to maintain the relevant order in the property management area. Since we want to maintain order, we must have relevant work and staff.
