At present, the property center has taken a series of rectification measures and implemented them one by one. Specific measures are as follows:

1. In terms of hardware facilities, window guards have been installed in some apartments in the main campus, namely, Building 3, Building 15, Peach Blossom Apartment, Building 5, Building 6, Building 3 of Teaching Building and Building Shenghua 1. After consultation with Shenghua Company, window protectors were installed in the bathroom windows of the main campus 15 building and Taohua apartment to reduce window turning (balcony). Combined with the construction of campus one-card system, the center installed access control systems in Building 3 of the main campus and 15, and installed anti-theft alarm devices in a teaching building in the south campus. At present, the center has negotiated with Shenghua Real Estate Company that all the floors of Shenghua Apartment 1 Project 1 will be equipped with windows and doors, and the three buildings 1 floor with open design will be used as guardrails to ensure that personnel can only enter and exit from the entrance of the communication room. Windows and doors will be installed on the second floor, which will be put in place by the end of this month. In the south campus, we will try our best to buy an iron cabinet first to store students' valuables (laptops) conveniently; Sublimation apartment is a lock, its defect is that after a person goes out, it can't be closed inside and outside, giving thieves an opportunity. It is planned to install a hidden lock in a building as a pilot, and the installation is basically completed at present.

2. Staffing: For Tianma Community, where theft is serious, the property center pays for it, and the security office is equipped with 8 school policemen to patrol day and night.

3. In terms of management: the administrators and waiters should patrol the building three or four times a day and keep patrol records. If any abnormality is found, it should be reported in time, and the office staff should check each building during the key incident period; The personnel on duty are on duty in the lobby during the day, facing the students directly, preventing outsiders from mixing in, and putting an end to staying in the duty room to watch TV and do chores; The staff of the property center shall register the entry and exit of foreigners and valuables in accordance with the provisions of ISO standards, so as to prevent thieves from breaking in at will and swaggering out of the building. Organize backbone and employees to hold anti-theft meetings, conduct self-education, improve employees' vigilance and sense of responsibility, minimize the occurrence of theft cases, and promote the formation of anti-theft atmosphere of group prevention and group treatment. And sign safety responsibility letters with departments and departments to implement safety responsibilities at different levels.

4. In the atmosphere, a special issue of "Property Briefing Against Theft" was published, distributed to each student dormitory, and three anti-theft publicity boards were made, which were circulated in various campuses. Organized an anti-theft signature, made an anti-theft publicity KT board in the lobby of each building, and posted nearly a thousand anti-theft publicity boards on the stairs of each floor of each building to educate and publicize students from the atmosphere.
