Fourth, written test

Written test content: The written test examines the professional knowledge, professional quality and work skills necessary for the recruitment position according to the principle of consistency in examination and use. The full mark of the written test is 100, and the written test time is 150 minutes, accounting for 40% of the total score.

Sixth, physical examination

After the interview, according to the order of comprehensive scores from high to low, the candidates who enter the physical examination are determined according to the ratio of 1: 1. The time of physical examination will be notified separately, and the physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial).

Those who fail to pass the medical examination can be replenished in the order from high to low according to the comprehensive score of the position, and another medical examination candidate will be produced, but the replacement personnel must be those who have participated in the interview. If there is no substitute, cancel the recruitment plan for this position.

Seven. evaluate

The assessment work is organized and implemented by the city investment company, mainly to assess the candidates' morality, ability, diligence, performance, honesty and post adaptability.

If there is a vacancy due to unqualified assessment, it will be reported to the Municipal People's Social Security Bureau for approval, and the positions will be filled in turn, and the medical examination and assessment will be conducted according to the comprehensive scores of the positions from high to low.

After the physical examination, the list of persons to be employed will be publicized through the websites of Huangshi Personnel Examinations Institute and City Investment Company for at least 7 working days.

Nine. Employment management

Newly hired personnel shall implement probation period, post management and personnel employment system, and enjoy the treatment of staff in relevant institutions stipulated by the state. After publicity, if there is no objection, the person to be hired shall report to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for employment confirmation procedures, and the employing unit shall sign an employment contract with him according to regulations. If there are objections or complaints are verified, they will not be employed; If it is difficult to verify the report or complaint for a while, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire or not will be decided after verification and conclusion.
