Elevators, fire-fighting facilities and equipment need maintenance, renewal and transformation. Can I apply for a maintenance fund?

Elevator, fire control facilities and equipment seriously damaged, endangering public safety, with the written consent of the owners' committee, you can apply for the use of special property maintenance funds in accordance with the following simple procedures:

? (a) county (city) quality supervision or fire department to submit the elevator or fire facilities and equipment maintenance report approved by the owners' committee;

? (two) the quality supervision department or the fire department shall confirm the project maintenance content, project budget, construction unit and other matters in writing, and the publicity period shall not be less than five days;

? (three) the project budget plan, the written consent of the owners' committee and other materials, and apply for special maintenance funds for the property to the maintenance fund management institution;

? (four) maintenance fund management institutions after the audit

? (five) after the completion of the project, the audited project final accounts report, etc.

? (six) the owners' committee shall make an announcement to all owners within one month after the appropriation and use of special maintenance funds for property.
