According to the above responsibilities, the Municipal Housing Authority has 9 internal organs:

(1) office.

Responsible for the policy research of the city's real estate management and housing system reform, formulate industrial policies and organize their implementation;

Responsible for the preparation of industrial development planning, real estate market monitoring and analysis, and put forward policy suggestions to standardize and develop the real estate market;

Establish real estate market information system and early warning and forecasting system to promote the informatization construction of real estate industry in the city;

Responsible for the management of science and technology of the bureau and its directly affiliated units, and guide the management of science and technology in the industry;

Responsible for the comprehensive statistics of the city's real estate management.

(7) Finance Department.

Responsible for the financial management of the bureau; Responsible for the budget and final accounts of the bureau organs and directly affiliated units;

Supervise and inspect the financial revenues and expenditures and related economic activities of the directly affiliated units; Supervise the administrative fees of directly affiliated units;

To supervise the fixed assets of the organs and directly affiliated units of the Administration Bureau.
