2. Customer service group, customers' complaints about housing quality and property services (because it is our own property company, lower than the developer, so there is a problem, the customer service department will report it to the property company at the weekly meeting with the property), and the management of member clubs (our company has many projects, so the owners who buy houses can apply for cards, like the integral card function of shopping malls, as long as they buy the house of our group). It can be used for the promotion and implementation of the next purchase discount or company department store and hotel discount, as well as the promotion and implementation of various activities organized by developers (such as redemption of regular membership card points and member selection). )

Both departments are supervised by the market management department, and the demarcation point of work is the completion of the property right certificate.
