According to the relevant publicity information, the publicity period is from June, 2022 10 to June, 24, 2022, and the investigation will only be conducted after the publicity period ends. At present, as of June 2022 10, the specific demolition date has not been announced. The urban renewal unit in Xiufeng Industrial City of Ji Hua Street is located in Gankeng Community of Ji Hua Street, north of the intersection of Li Gan Road and Xiufeng Road, and adjacent to Gankeng Ancient Town. The area of land demolished in this project is about 3 1.27 hectares. According to the Regulations of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone on Urban Renewal and the Work Flow of Verification of Historical Illegal Property Owners of Longgang District Urban Renewal Project, the verification results of historical illegal property owners within the demolition scope of the proposed urban renewal unit in Xiufeng Industrial City are now publicized.
