No demolition. Suzhou Royal Garden is a newly-built community. By the end of 2022, there is no sign of demolition. Suzhou, called Gusu and Pingjiang in ancient times, is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu Province, one of the major central cities in the Yangtze River Delta approved by the State Council, a national high-tech industrial base and a scenic tourist city.
