Yantai Institute of Coastal Zone, Chinese Academy of Sciences, is a research institution jointly established by China Academy of Sciences, Shandong Province and Yantai City. It is an academic institution specializing in comprehensive and cross-cutting coastal zone research in China. The Institute has more than 200 employees, and consists of four research units: Key Laboratory of Coastal Environmental Process and Ecological Restoration of China Academy of Sciences, Key Laboratory of Coastal Biological and Biological Resources Utilization, Laboratory of Coastal Information Integration and Comprehensive Management, and Shandong Coastal Environmental Engineering Technology Research Center. It has also established the public technical service center, the Mu Ping coastal environment comprehensive experimental station, the Yellow River Delta coastal wetland ecological experimental station, the "Innovation No.1" coastal comprehensive scientific research ship and other analysis, testing and field observation platforms. More than 30 online databases such as ISIWebofKnowledge, Elsevier, ACS, Wiley, etc. 130 have been opened, and CSDL interlibrary loan and document delivery service system has been added. There are two first-class discipline doctoral training points in environmental science and engineering and marine science, and a first-class discipline master's training point in geography, with the right to enroll master's and doctoral students independently.

Since its establishment, the research institute has made many scientific achievements in the fields of coastal resources, environment, ecology, disasters and management with the mission of "understanding the laws of coastal zones and supporting sustainable development", and made significant innovative contributions to the national coastal ecological environment security, resource protection and utilization and sustainable development management. Facing the future, the institute will devote itself to the basic research and technology research and development of coastal sustainable development, promote the comprehensive intersection and system integration of coastal ecological environment safety, sustainable utilization of biological resources and key technologies, and achieve systematic and original results with international influence.

According to the needs of work, Yantai Institute of Coastal Zone, Chinese Academy of Sciences openly recruited postdoctoral fellows on 20 17. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Position and Requirements

1. Please refer to the attachment 1 for details of recruitment positions.

2. Applicants should meet the following requirements in addition to the relevant requirements of the recruitment positions in Annex 1:

(1) has obtained or will soon obtain a doctorate, and is under 35 years old;

(2) Physical and mental health, strong independent work and teamwork spirit, and outstanding innovation ability or development potential in the research field.

Second, the application materials
