Third, some government agencies and institutions pay insufficient attention to the classification of waste reduction, lack of internal mobilization, unclear responsibilities, low staff participation rate and insufficient cooperation.

Four, some residential property management units in the waste reduction and classification work, there are many problems, such as fear of difficulties, insufficient publicity, unfamiliar with the waste classification work norms, inadequate management, inefficient operation and management of residential waste reduction, failure to pay bonuses according to regulations and so on.

The middle-end treatment of domestic waste classification is not matched.

Intermediate treatment of domestic waste classification refers to the further classification of waste by waste transfer stations, which is the key step to determine the final treatment of waste.

According to the survey, in the process of garbage removal, the cleaners in some communities mix the garbage originally classified by residents, which wastes the labor achievements of residents in the early stage of garbage classification and greatly affects the enthusiasm of residents in garbage classification.

In addition, the collection, transportation and treatment system of recyclable and hazardous wastes after garbage classification has not been established and needs to be further improved. The sources of domestic garbage are extensive, complex and scattered, not only in living quarters, but also in public places such as shopping malls, supermarkets, transportation platforms and streets.

After investigation, it is found that the hardware facilities for garbage sorting in the new district are uneven. In addition to the classified garbage bins in demonstration communities, most communities still use centralized garbage bins, and garbage sorting will not be realized without a good supporting infrastructure.
