Where is the specific location of Jiamusi Children's Park?

Jiamusi Children's Park has been renamed Xinglin Lake Park.

It is one of the large leisure open parks in Jiamusi City. It is bordered by Medical College in the north, the front of the station in the south, Xinglin Road in the east and Xinglin Bridge in Changqing Road in the west, covering an area of 18 hectares.

The park was built in 1958. At that time, Jiamusi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government called on the people of the whole city to control lakes and pile mountains.

Jiamusi Xinglin Lake Park

Build an artificial park. City people take part in voluntary labor, such as dredging and digging lakes, piling up soil to build mountains, planting trees, taking soil and filling stones. After two years of construction, the mountain and water surface of the park have been formed. By 1963, the construction of the park was basically completed, with mountains surrounded by water, trees forming forests, bridges flowing, corridors empty and the park taking shape.

It was destroyed in the Cultural Revolution. 1979, the municipal party Committee and the municipal government issued a new call to build Xinglin Lake Park, restore infrastructure, build iron fences, build three gates in the east, south and north, build slope protection, pave asphalt pavement, build a new bridge, and set up rockeries in the pavilion. 1989, the park was rebuilt in a large area, and the original Xinglin Lake Park was transformed into a "children's park". In 2004, in order to upgrade the level of the park, build a leisure park and create a leisure environment for the general public, the original "Children's Park" was demolished for greening, and nearly 10 million yuan was invested to build Xinglin Lake Park. In August 2004, it was renamed Xinglin Lake Park.
