The developer is responsible for the construction and decoration of the community. Pre-property is generally a property company hired by developers, but only after property acceptance can the property company fully carry out its work.

In other words, if there is no acceptance before, the developer is responsible, and if the acceptance is completed, the property company is responsible.

If you receive the notice, check and accept the new house, sign it, and be responsible for it.
