What are the prohibited behaviors in the use of property?

The "six prohibited acts" in the Regulations on Property Management are: (1) "The owners' assembly and the owners' committee shall perform their duties according to law and shall not make decisions or engage in activities unrelated to property management" (Paragraph 1 of Article 19 of the Regulations). "The rights and obligations of property users in property management activities shall be agreed by the owners and property users, but they shall not violate the relevant provisions of laws, regulations and owners' conventions" (Paragraph 1 of Article 48 of the Regulations). (2) "The owner shall not dispose of the ownership or right to use the parts, facilities and equipment used by the property according to law" (Article 27 of the Regulations). (three) "the ownership of property management houses belongs to the owners according to law. Without the consent of the owners' meeting, the property management enterprise shall not change the use of the property management house "(Article 38 of the Regulations). (4) "A property management enterprise may entrust the special service business within the property management area to a professional service enterprise, but may not entrust all the property management within the area to others" (Article 40 of the Regulations). (Paragraph 1 of Article 50 of the Regulations) (6) "Owners and property management enterprises shall not occupy or dig roads and sites within the property management area without authorization, which will harm the interests of owners".
