On June 15, Dongguan Rural (Community) Collective Asset Management Network issued an announcement, and the service providers of two urban renewal projects in Xianxi Community of Chang 'an Town won the bid through public bidding.

Among them, the comprehensive renewal unit project of Lotus Industrial Zone in Xianxi Community of Chang 'an Town won the bid by the Olympic Park, and the commercial and residential renewal unit project of Xianxi Old Village in Xianxi Community of Chang 'an Town won the bid by Guo Fu, Xin Ying.

Xianxi Community in Chang 'an Town, Dongguan City is located in the development zone in the center of the town. Xianxi Community plans to renovate about 22.2438+0 hectares of land located north of Xi 'an Road, south of Lianhu Road, east of village boundary and west of Lianfeng North Road. The scope of the proposed transformation is mainly the old factory building. It belongs to the town center development area, and the supporting facilities are mature and perfect. Surrounded by wanda plaza, Plaza, Vanke Commercial Street, Feiyue Rainbow Shopping Mall and other large leisure shopping places.

The winning bidder of this project is Dongguan Wenhua Qirun Investment Co., Ltd. According to the industrial and commercial data, this company is an affiliated enterprise of Aoyuan Shenzhen Urban Renewal Group Co., Ltd.

The commercial and residential renewal unit project of Xianxi Old Village in Xianxi Community of Chang 'an Town is located in the north of Lizhi Street, south of Lianfeng Road, east of Changdong Road and west of Dongmen Middle Road, with a land area of about 13.85 hectares. Near Chang 'an Square, near Ruyuan and Jiangjunshan Martyrs Memorial Park. Wanda plaza, Vanke Plaza, Chang 'an Park, Chang 'an Central Primary School, Library, Chang 'an Hospital and other supporting facilities are distributed within 1 km, meeting all the needs of life.

According to the announcement, the project was won by Dongguan Ji Ye Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., which holds 95% of Shenzhen Xin Ying Guo Fu Industrial Co., Ltd.
