According to official website's inquiry of shishi city Jinjiang Outer Line Project, shishi city Jinjiang Outer Line is located in Hayes New City around Quanzhou Bay, starting from the outer line section of Huanwan Avenue along the coastal channel head and ending at the exit of Hanjiang Avenue Expressway. Shishi is a county-level city under Fujian Province. It is located at the southern end of the core area around Quanzhou Bay, surrounded by the sea on three sides, Quanzhou Bay in the north and shenhu bay in the south. It is the largest clothing city in Asia, a comprehensive reform experimental zone in Fujian and a famous hometown of overseas Chinese.
