Who is in charge of residential property management?

Property is managed by a professional property management company after signing a management contract with the developer or industry committee, neighborhood committee and village committee, or by the neighborhood committee or village committee if there is no property management company.

Property management refers to the activities that the owner manages or entrusts the property service enterprise or other managers to manage the buildings, facilities, equipment, places and sites owned by the owner, so as to distinguish all buildings and buildings, places and facilities in the building division.
