Does Shenzhen Property Collection Housing Maintenance Fund issue receipts or invoices?

Ontology maintenance fund has now been changed to residential maintenance fund.

This is not an invoice. Shenzhen Housing Public Facilities Special Fund Management Center (managed by Land Resources and Real Estate Bureau) will issue special bills and payment vouchers, and payment vouchers for housing public facilities special funds.
