Where is the Mid-Levels?

Mid-levels Park covers an area of 4 1 hectare. It is located in Banshan Town, Gongshu District, Hangzhou. It is an open municipal park integrating ecology, culture, leisure and tourism. The perfect combination of unique landscape resources and rich human resources has become one of the most distinctive mountain parks in Hangzhou. It was completed and opened in 2008. The connection of Sanshan Park has further narrowed the distance between citizens and tourists and the scenic spots in the park.

On September 29th, 20 10, Mid-Levels Park, Longshan Park and Hushan Park were connected into a large-scale Mid-Levels Forest Park, with a total area of about 172 hectares and a 23-kilometer trail running through the whole line.

On September 24th, 20 13, Hangzhou Banshan National Forest Park was awarded the title of "National Ecological Civilization Education Base". Hangzhou Mid-Levels National Forest Park became the first dual "national name" forest park in Hangzhou.
