The difference between living in Poly and Vanke

I lived in Poly for several years, moved and bought a house in Vanke. Comparing the two, I have a lot to say.

First of all, let's talk about Poly: overbearing central enterprises are so arrogant that even property personnel are so domineering. For example, if someone leaks water, the property will not be called five times and six times, and it will not matter at all; If someone's parking space is occupied, or the car is stuck in traffic jam, you can't expect the property to solve the problem. In fact, the cars that occupy other people's parking spaces are all put in by the property. Because there are no parking spaces, these cars are parked in underground parking lots, some in other people's parking spaces, and some directly in the aisles. In short, the properties are all uncle-level, and they are very active when collecting property fees, but they become uncles when dealing with problems. This is my feeling of living in Poly. Of course, I have always believed that Poly's properties are very formal, most of them are very good properties, and the community I live in is just an individual.

After talking about Poly, let's talk about Vanke. Vanke property management is very formal and strict. It is not difficult for owners to enter Vanke Community. The parking spaces are very orderly and there is no occupation of other people's parking spaces at all. What impressed me most was that when it snowed heavily last winter, the property covered all the vehicles parked on the ground with plastic film, and it was very convenient to remove the film directly when the snow stopped. Where there is noise disturbing the people, as long as the phone or WeChat communicates with the housekeeper, the problem can be solved immediately, which can be described as "immediate". I feel that Vanke property can always think of what the owners think, and living in Vanke is very warm. Vanke is a private enterprise and a leading enterprise among listed real estate companies. Perhaps this is the difference between private enterprises and central enterprises.

Vanke's floors are high and low, and the location is partial, but the occupancy rate of Vanke's community has always been high.
