First, form a good habit of daily work.

Monitoring is not a single task. In addition to daily monitoring the real-time situation of toll collectors, it is also necessary to monitor whether the entire charging environment is normal. Since the beginning of this year, our center has attached great importance to the training of employees' business skills. The main contents of the training include equipment operation and basic maintenance knowledge, monitoring business knowledge, relevant national or local laws and regulations, and documents of the company or other relevant departments. Through a series of business skills training, employees' business skills can be effectively improved and the tasks of the monitoring center in the first half of the year can be better completed.

Do a good job of "export cash charge, pass collection and error report (according to the toll collector's shift)", "import traffic flow and pass error report (according to the toll collector's shift)", "export cash charge vehicle accounting amount check report (according to daily statistics)" and "monthly report" on time, and audit truthfully to find out the reasons for the toll collector's underpayment, card loss and card acquisition, and shall not engage in malpractices for personal gain.

4. With the consent of the leaders, actively assist the public security department to inquire about the traffic situation of criminals and intercept vehicles.

5. Strictly supervise the free status of vehicles, adhere to the principle of "no charge, no leakage", strictly check the past green traffic and report it in detail, and the monitoring center should make a good account of the green traffic reduction and exemption.

6. Strictly monitor "vehicles that evade fees" and issue corresponding instructions to toll collectors in accordance with relevant regulations to effectively curb the loss of vehicle tolls.

Third, strengthen civilized service and improve discipline.

In the past, the monitoring center was often criticized by name at the meeting of the management office because of its lax work discipline and low level of civilized service. Since the beginning of this year, the monitoring center has formulated practical management measures according to the requirements of the management office and combined with its own reality, which has greatly changed the work discipline and strengthened the civilized service level, and has been affirmed by the management office and the higher authorities.

After the meeting, some employees who are lax in discipline will be given separate ideological education and ordered to write a check as a warning.

3. Management personnel. According to the requirements of the management office, managers should have at least 24 hours of attendance every month. 4. Exchange jobs and experience life. According to the unified deployment of the management office, from March this year, the monitors of xx monitoring center will take turns to communicate with the monitors of xx and xx tunnel management stations for one month.
