1. Residential property management has reached the standards of provincial excellent property management residential area, national ecological residential area and national greening demonstration residential area, and created a beautiful and harmonious civilized residential area.

2. Establish a sound medical service system, strengthen the medical and health service, medical care, public health, planned immunization and community medical service system, and realize that all the family members of the employees in the Second Factory enjoy high-level medical care, and the main indicators of health level rank among the top in the region.

3. Firmly establish the concept of lifelong education, thoroughly implement quality education, comprehensively improve the level of education security, make full use of educational resources such as families and communities, and strive to make kindergartens a regular kindergarten with assured leaders and satisfied parents within five years.
