What activities did you take part in during the holiday?

I participated in social practice in the project department of Jinma Building of Beijing Urban Construction Hong Tong Property Management Company. During the internship, with the help and guidance of company leaders and colleagues, I actively participated in the related work of property management, paid attention to comparing the theoretical knowledge of property management learned from books with the actual work, deepened my understanding of the actual work with theoretical knowledge, verified the learned property management theory with practice, and explored the essence and laws of property management work. Through this practice, I deeply understand the importance of combining theory with practice, especially the property management industry, which is very practical. Therefore, we college students should not only learn professional knowledge well, but also pay attention to the cultivation of other abilities and accumulate relevant experience, such as ideological and moral cultivation, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, computer operation skills, writing skills and so on. Appropriate participation in some community activities and work will help to improve these abilities, because only with these abilities can we meet the social demand for talents in property management.
